Order your medication & complete your intake
Choose your medication and complete the intake paperwork — health history, current medications, goals. Add the GLP-1 360 Plan for the nutrition, exercise, and side-effect guidance that helps the medication actually stick. The plan is optional; the intake is not.
A physician will review your intake & confirm your prescription
A licensed US physician will review your profile in detail and confirm the therapy that is right and safe for you. Once approved, your prescription is sent to one of our 503A pharmacies.
*Some states may require a virtual telehealth consult with the doctor. We will let you know if it is required.
Medication ships straight to your home
Your prescription is fulfilled by OutfitMD, our medical partner, and shipped in temperature-appropriate packaging. Nothing on the outside shows what’s inside. Your GLP-1 360 Plan lands in your inbox the same day your medication ships.

You’ll get a clear reason, not a form letter. Sometimes it’s a straightforward safety check — a lab value worth reviewing, a medication interaction, or a condition that needs your primary care team involved first.
If a GLP-1 isn’t right for you, our team will say so and point you toward a better option, often peptide therapy or nutrition support. For anything related to refunds, email info@elevationhealth.co and the team will walk you through it based on where your order is.
No. You can order the 90-Day GLP-1 Transformation without having a call first if you know what you need. Follow the steps on the program page to order your medication and physician consult. No call necessary.
Yes. If your body responds better to a different GLP-1, or side effects on one are tough, the physician can move you to a different medication on your next order. Our team can help you time the switch and adjust your plan around it — no need to start over.
You’ll have access to your personalized treatment plan, educational resources in our app, and secure messaging with our team if questions come up. Your provider will also review and authorize refills as medically appropriate.
