If the physician can’t safely approve you — whether it’s a health history flag, a medication interaction, or something that needs your primary care team involved first — you’ll get a clear explanation and, when possible, a suggested alternative path.
No. The 90-Day GLP-1 Transformation is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If you want to continue after 90 days, you can re-order your medication. Check for your state requirements on our shop website. If you don’t re-order, nothing auto-charges and nothing ships. That’s the whole model.
Yes. If your body responds better to a different GLP-1, or side effects on one are tough, the physician can move you to a different medication on your next order. Our team can help you time the switch and adjust your plan around it — no need to start over.
Once you have completed your order and intake paperwork and the physician has reviewed it, the medication can take up to 5 business days to be filled & 2 business days for shipping. Timing can be dependent on your shipping location.
